  1. Thank you, Patti, for having me on your show. I appreciated the thoughtful questions you asked and the emotion and authenticity we shared. The highlight for me was having your sister, Margie, join us a surprise guest. I was immeasurably blessed to have met her 10 years ago when I participated in the 2001 Avon breast cancer walk from Santa Barbara to Malibu. Who knew back then that someday I would be a survivor? The universe works in mysterious ways.

Thank you for showcasing my memoir, Beyond the Pink Moon. I hope my labor of love will continue to bring comfort to those who walk a similar path. I wish you continued good luck and success as you bring joy to your listeners. You made me stop and appreciate the joy in my life that comes from my faith, family, friends and of course being Italian, from food. Many blessings, Nicki Boscia Durlester

  2. What a ‘joy’ and honor to be a surprise guest today on your show Pattie. Thank you for your thoughtfulness of including me in Nicki’s hour of sharing her story. She is such an inspiration to all those who have had the honor of meeting her. She has touched my life in many ways, especially through her strength, courage and grace that she has shown through her walk through her journey and battle against cancer. I continue to pray for her and all those less fortunate that someday soon, a cure will be found. Thank you for your amazing insight and talent in gathering truly authentic guests and sharing their stories with us. I was extremely touched to be invited to be a part of your ‘joy’ today. Much Love and Continued Success, Margie Welek Fagan
