signe pikeSigne Pike worked for Random House and Penguin before leaving New York City to write Faery Tale. The memoir earned a “Best of 2010″ nod from Kirkus Reviews in addition to receiving glowing reviews from Harper’s Bazaar, Women’s Adventure Magazine, and renowned spiritual leader Marianne Williamson. Pike has been featured on National Public Radio’s “To the Best of Our Knowledge” along with Salman Rushdie, Neil Gaiman, and A.S. Byatt. She currently works as a freelance editor and writes full time in Charleston, where she is at work on her next exploration into things unseen.

Signe Pike, author of Faery Tales, gave JOY Radio listeners a glimpse into her magical, transformational journey with the faeries. Pike spoke about how she connected with the spirit world; moved from fear to trust; reconnected with her own sense of wonder; and came to view both herself and the world around her in a profoundly new light. And she even tapped into her developed intuition and guessed my correct show size!!

Visit Signe’s website to view her in-light-ening pictures from her adventure – Mexico, England, Ireland, Scotland and beyond. Also check out her Faery Enchanted Giveaways for December.

Thanks to Signe for sprinkling her magic and creating joy on our show today.
