We all have a special way of connecting to our heart. Thirty-eight years ago I sat in meditation for the first time. At first it was hard trying to quiet the chatter of my monkey mind but with time, peace came. Today it is an integral part of my daily life.

How about you? What practice do you have that takes you to the depth of your soul, recharges your spirit and helps you find the joy within?
