How many times has your mind replayed the same thought over and over again, sounding like a broken record? You try your hardest to replace your worry with a positive affirmation. It works temporarily and then it returns like those annoying no-see-ums that swarm the south every spring and summer, biting and pestering you. You swat, slap, scream “ouch,” thinking your actions and loud outbursts will scare them away. But they’re persistent little insects. They attach you from the back, the front and the side. There’s no stopping them.
I hate when that happens. And I really don’t have any great advice on how to stop the constant buzzing. I just wanted you to know that I’ve been there! Happy day!!!
