Look at the picture below. What do you see? (You can double click the picture to enlarge it.)

Now, go into this picture. What do you feel? Stay with the feeling. Breathe into it. Let it wash through every cell in your being. Become one with it.

Take this feeling into your day. And when a situation challenges you, pull up this picture in your mind’s eye and let its vibration consume you and the situation.
