Setting Your Intention

I find setting an intention for how I want my day to unfold helps me bring that energy into my day.

Did you know that a person takes 20,000 breaths a day?  What if you set your intention that you would only breathe in and breathe out joy for the next 24 hours? Do you know what you’ll attract into your life? 20,000 moments of pure happiness. Doesn’t get much better than that!

Why not set your intention to blaze through you day with joy in your heart? Your friends will probably write you a thank you note!
