We all have a special way of connecting to our heart. Thirty-eight years ago I sat in meditation for the first time. At first it was hard trying to quiet the chatter of my monkey mind but with time, peace came. Today it is an integral part of my daily life.

How about you? What practice do you have that takes you to the depth of your soul, recharges your spirit and helps you find the joy within?

Have you ever had to make a decision and didn’t know which way to turn? Tangled in knots you call a friend for advice, but their solution doesn’t really resonate with you. Finally, you still your mind,  go deep inside and ask for guidance.  Your heart speaks and you realize that gentle whisper is the truth you were seeking.

The power is within.

I’m not sure where I ran across this line, probably in one of the many self-help books I’ve read. Love it!!!

Joy Radio feels honored to have hosted Soul Coach Kimberly Carroll yesterday, 1.4.12. During Kimberly’s interview she discussed what a soul coach does; mentioned the diversified needs of her clients; shed insight on why she’s referred to as a “spiritual bad girl”; and lastly discussed a new form of New Year’s resolutions.  The “5 Resolutions from the Inside Out” are – breathe, practicing gratitude, adjust your body, being of service, and joy now.

Time moved so swiftly that we were unable to delve into Kimberly’s next Soul Coaching Online/Tele-Program which begins on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.  Below please find a preview of what you can expect.

What is the Soul Coaching Program?

The Soul Coaching Program is a daily 6-week mind/body/spirit intensive to renovate your life and establish routines that will sustain that transformation indefinitely. The program consists of weekly group workshop sessions (maximum of 8 students), daily exercises to be integrated into your “real life” (20 minutes to a couple of hours depending on your schedule), my daily audio recordings with visualizations and the day’s instructions, my daily email check-ins and unlimited email support, and an online classmate discussion group.

What are the benefits of the Soul Coaching Program?

The Soul Coaching Program can help you define your life purpose, release blockages that are keeping you stuck, deepen your relationships, activate your intuition, declutter your life, reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate your creativity, and increase your personal power. Participants in the program report a dramatic increase in the joy, clarity, love, confidence, and sense of meaning in their lives.

What specific tools are used in the Soul Coaching Program?

Visualizations, physical cathartic work, intention-setting, meditation, creative exploration, life assessments, nature, humour and play, music, and community momentum are all key tools used to connect you deeply to your center and create your best life.

Within the program, these tools are used within the symbolic framework of the Four Elements (Air, Water, Fire, and Earth) to help activate different energies for the exploration of different parts of self. Air works with the intellectual self and symbolizes the clearing of mental and physical clutter. Water works with our emotional self and symbolizes the cleansing of emotional wounds to improve the flow of love in your life. Fire symbolizes our Spiritual Self and the unleashing of your passion and overcoming fears and blocks. Earth symbolizes our physical self and its nurturing, detoxing, and strengthening.

Where are the weekly workshops held?

If you are enrolled in the Online/Tele-Program, weekly workshops are held virtually via teleconference call. If you are enrolled in the Toronto Soul Coaching Program, weekly workshops are held in downtown Toronto on the subway line.

Many thanks to Kimberly for being a guest on Joy Radio.

What did you think about the “5 Resolutions from the Inside Out?” Helpful?

Fantastic interview yesterday on Joy Radio! Naisha Ahsian,  founder of Crystalis Institute, developer of Socratic Subliminal technology, creator of Crystal Resonance Therapy and Primus Activation Healing Technique and author of three books – The Crystal Ally Cards, The Infinite Abundance Program, and The Book of Stones (with Robert Simmons & Hazel Raven) was our inspirational guest.

If you have asked yourself any of the following questions, you will want to tune in to Naisha’s interview. Is time speeding up?  How can I create infinite abundance in my life? What role does the heart connection play as the world moves forward in our evolutionary process?

Starting next week Naisha is offering The Little Book of  Infinite Abundance free on her website Says Naisha, “I’m giving it away. People need to know that abundance is not about stuff. It’s not about money. Not about finding your soul mate. It’s about your heart connection with the heart of God. Period.”

Thank you Naisha for your generosity. And thank you for bringing your joy to JOY Radio.
