And the Great Mother said:
If you missed yesterday’s interview with Sonia Choquette , it’s not too late to tune in and experience the importance of breath work, learn about the four easy steps to create a Six Sensory Life as you tap into your intuition, and hear about what the universe is asking of you in 2013 as you shift from the external world into the internal world. Then, experience firsthand how you can learn to listen to your heart. And, I must admit I felt a bit vulnerable when asked to participate in one of Sonia’s exercises, but the outcome was worth it. I felt a shift occur in my energy field and calmness filled my spirit. In that moment, I knew I was in my truth and had tapped into my authentic self. Listen, and try Sonia’s exercise out for yourself. I’d love to hear back from you.
Did you know it takes seventeen muscles to smile and forty-three to frown? A smile releases chemical messages known as endorphins deep inside your brain which have the ability to make you feel happy and can reduce symptoms of physical or emotional pain.
Smiles are infectious, contagious and have the power to change attitudes and lives. Try it today and see how the world around you changes.
After my divorce my self-esteem was at an all-time low. I picked up a copy of the book “You Can Heal Your Life,” by Louise Hay. There was one exercise I really struggled with. Louise suggested going to the mirror and saying out loud, “I love you.” Sounds easy, right? Wrong. It took months of digging deep before I could look into my eyes and utter those three simple words. And what I learned during the healing process was… in order for my world to change I had to learn to love me first.
