Send to KindleAfter my divorce my self-esteem was at an all-time low. I picked up a copy of the book “You Can Heal Your Life,” by Louise Hay. There was one exercise I really struggled with. Louise suggested going to the mirror and saying out loud, “I love you.” Sounds easy, right? Wrong. It took months of digging deep before I could look into my eyes and utter those three simple words. And what I learned during the healing process was… in order for my world to change I had to learn to love me first.
