Two Tiny Hands is a Virginia based nonprofit providing support to families nationwide who have lost a child – miscarriage, SIDS, stillbirth and various other diseases, yet they are committed to helping all families who lost a child.
What do they offer to grieving families who have experienced the unimaginable? Families have access to grieving resources via their website or through their loaning library. Siblings are given care packages: stuffed animal, blanket, and a book, “Little Life, Big Life, ” bringing comfort to their bodies and souls. Parents receive a photo memorial of their child in canvas print by providing the foundation with an emailed picture.
What a pleasure it was to interview four wonderful, inspirational women (Merissa, Leslie, Lindsey, and Karen) today on Joy Radio. All these ladies, families and friends, have been touched by Two Tiny Hand’s generosity, kindness, selfless hearts and loving services. It was obvious after speaking to today’s guests that Two Tiny Hands was there for them or their loved one when they forgot how to fly?

“Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that is how I’ll remember you. If you can only remember me with tears, then don’t remember me at all.” ~ old Irish remembrance poem.
If you have a special memory of your child, sibling, parent, grandchild, grandparent, or friend, please feel free to share.
Seven years ago today, my son passed away, and my heart broke into a million pieces. Even though I know he is in a better place, I miss him dearly.
My daughter and I just released 7 colorful balloons, one for each year, for his party tonight in heaven. It has become our way of celebrating his beautiful gift of life on earth.
Would love to hear how you celebrate and honor the loss of your loved one.
