Send to KindleYou may ask, how can one person help to raise the frequency of the earth? I believe it begins by opening our hearts to everyone and everything around us. Easy? Not always. But I feel that each kind deed, thought or action we generate is like throwing a positive pebble into the universal pool of consciousness which enables us to raise our vibration and that of our world, creating a tsunami of the highest frequency, love.

Send to KindleWe all have a special way of connecting to our heart. Thirty-eight years ago I sat in meditation for the first time. At first it was hard trying to quiet the chatter of my monkey mind but with time, peace came. Today it is an integral part of my daily life.
How about you? What practice do you have that takes you to the depth of your soul, recharges your spirit and helps you find the joy within?
Send to KindleHave you ever taken the time to write a gratitude list? If you haven’t, you should. It’s one thing to think about what you’re grateful for. And it’s a different ball game when you see your blessings on paper.
And just for the record… I am grateful for each and every one of you who subscribe to my blog.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Send to KindleAfter my divorce my self-esteem was at an all-time low. I picked up a copy of the book “You Can Heal Your Life,” by Louise Hay. There was one exercise I really struggled with. Louise suggested going to the mirror and saying out loud, “I love you.” Sounds easy, right? Wrong. It took months of digging deep before I could look into my eyes and utter those three simple words. And what I learned during the healing process was… in order for my world to change I had to learn to love me first.
