1_JoyGood morning all you beautiful souls. I hope in this minute you are all finding a reason to smile, to be happy, to dance, to sing, to feel that over-the-top sensation of joy.

If you are feeling a little low today, don’t worry. We all have days when we just aren’t up to par. But like all things in life, it too shall pass. I hear you. “Now would be good!”

  1. My delicious moment of joy is waking up today, realizing I have a couple of hours before I have to do anything. I can have my coffee and gaze out the window and enjoy this special time of day.

  2. I find joy sitting in my yard listening to the birds and watching them dive for the feeder I installed a few months back. My mother loved birds and when they’re near, I feel she is too.
